Paperwork Concierge

You fly with your dog. We handle the paperwork.

For US owners flying abroad with a small dog in the cabin. We keep the plan, book the appointments with you and check the paperwork before it gets signed, so you can focus on the trip.

What we do

  • Run your dated plan, step by step, from today to the flight home.
  • Book the visits with your accredited vet together with you, on the dates your plan calls for.
  • Review the health certificate draft before your vet signs it.
  • Get the USDA endorsement through your vet, when your trip needs one.
  • Book the airline pet reservation with you.
  • Cover the CDC paperwork for your trip home.

What we don't do

  • Handle or transport your dog. Your dog stays with you the whole way.
  • Give veterinary advice. Health questions go to your vet.
  • Issue documents. Your vet and the government issue them; we help you get them right.

Questions

Concierge questions

Who is this for?

US owners flying abroad with a dog that flies in the cabin with them, dog and carrier together up to 20 lbs. One dog, one round trip.

Does the price include vet visits and fees?

No. The $495 covers our work. You pay your vet, the airline and any government office directly.

Will you see or handle my dog?

No. We never handle or transport dogs. Your dog stays with you, and every visit is between you, your dog and your vet.

Can you tell me if my dog is ready to fly?

No. We don't give veterinary advice. Your vet answers health questions; we help you know what to ask and when.

Do you issue the health certificate?

No. Your USDA-accredited vet issues it, and USDA APHIS makes the official endorsement. We review the draft with you before your vet signs it.

My dog is bigger, or will fly as cargo. Can you help?

We focus on in-cabin trips, so we don't take cargo trips. For those we suggest PetRelocation (petrelocation.com), a full-service pet mover.
